VALUE OUTLET CASTEL GUELFO

In
Bologna, the launch location for ING Real Estate’s Value Outlet,
ING needed to create a factory outlet destination that was in keeping with
the Northern Italian retail landscape, appealing to an affluent, discerning
customer, and in tune with the luxury brands that would be retailing in
Outlet. As well as the brand identity for Value Outlet, we created a series
of designed features and finishes to ‘overlay’ a very basic
architectural concept. Elements of our solution included street furniture,
landscaping and signage to create a luxury feel appropriate to the market
and the tenant mix.
